Dallas Stays Offers Three Levels of Membership:

 

Silver Membership Includes:

  • No annual fees and no contract
  • Your property is listed on DallasStays websites and you maintain the sites, pictures, property description, location benefits and property management.
  • You are in charge!!!
  • We will handle all initial communications with the guest.
  • 10% commissions to DallasStays, paid out at time of reservation with property owner.
 

Gold Membership Includes:

  • No Annual Fee's and no contract
  • Your property will be listed on DallasStays and post on other sites including HomeAway, VRBO, AIRBNB etc. and we maintain the Sites, Pictures, Descriptions, Sales, Guest Communications and Reservations.
  • For the listings, the property owner will supply the pictures and property written description including location benefits.
  • We schedule of the cleaning maids after departure of guests.
  • Property owner is responsible for hiring and managing the cleaning and maintenance staff which include disposing of garbage after guest departure.
  • Monthly account statements with breakdown of services rendered
  • Ical Link Calendar to help keep track of your reservations.
  • Strong Marketing Campaign to Drive sales to your property including local and global markets.
  • 16% commissions to DallasStays, paid out at time of reservation with property owner.
 

Platinum Membership Includes:

  • $100 monthly fee for most properties with minimum one year contract for Property Management Services.
  • Your property will be listed on DallasStays and post on other sites including HomeAway, VRBO, AIRBNB etc. and we maintain the Sites, Pictures, Property Descriptions, Sales, Guest Communications and Reservations.
  • Professional staging and photography of your property to showcase the best qualities and features of your Property and Location.
  • Professional writing of property and area descriptionCoordination and check of the cleaning and maintenance staff after departure of the guests.
  • Disposing of garbage after guest departure.
  • Monthly account statements with breakdown of services rendered.
  • Ical Link Calendar to help keep track of your reservations.
  • Strong Marketing Campaign to Drive sales to your property including local and global markets.
